C-Section Fat

I have had 2 babies by cesarean section and now that I am back working in the gym full time I am sick of people seeing me and thinking that I am still pregnant. It has happened on more than one occasion and it really makes me sad to think that this belly fat is here to say because of the surgery.

Is there an effective and safe way to burn belly fat that is designed for someone like me? Are there different routines that have been developed for mothers who gave birth by c-section that really need to develop those muscles that had been cut?
